    • A: We operate fortnightly on a Saturday morning between 10 am and 12 pm.

    • A: Yes. A one-off, non-refundable payment of £40 will cover all the preparation before your family time starts, such as your risk assessment and admin

  • Q: Who can use this service?

    • A: We accept referrals from the family courts, local authority, mediation services and on a self-referral basis.

  • Q: What payment methods do you use?

    • A: Bank transfer details will be provided before your session.

  • Q: Do you provide legal advice?

    • A: No, our focus is on family time services.

  • Q: What is a children's Contact Centre?

    • A: The centre is a safe controlled environment for children to spend valuable, enjoyable time with thier key family members. For more info see our 'About us' Page.
